Liked: Very friendly staff, very nice location, in the centre of Karlovy Vary, right next to the colonades and hot springs. A great big room, nice view through window, good breakfast. We would definitely go there again.

Disliked: I personally missed the hooks in the bath :)

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. It's in the central part of Karlovy Vary village. It is close to one bus stop, one Spa center, and just opposite the hot spring dispay center. Lots of shops and many restaurants are nearby. The breakfast this hotel offered is very good.
