Liked: The accommodation is located really close to the city centre and it is easily accessible by two tram lines. The hotel was value for money considering the room size and the free breakfast provided. I was considering Hostel Mitte and Hostel Fleda but I went for Hotel Slovan as the price difference was not that much and it provided all the comforts of a hotel.

Disliked: The hotel has definitely seen better days in terms of design. The atmosphere reminds you of a bad 80s hotel but that said, it is only in terms of the aesthetic and not with the cleanliness because the hotel was very clean. The facilities in the hotel are a mix of old and new so it can be quite schizophrenic design wise.

Disliked: Was woken early on Sunday morning by loud conversations outside window, but that's not realted to the hotel.

Liked: We only stayed at this hotel for one night before getting a flight home. The room and bathroom were really nice and big, but smelt a bit smokey. Staff were polite enough. Breakfast was really lovely.

Liked: Great location, recently renovated, looks great. The room was large, with a balcony. Breakfast is included, and there's quite a lot of stuff to choose from. I definitely recommend Hotel Slovan.

Liked: its a very old fashion hotel. you probably wont meet anyone there, is a hotel not a hostel, but it is very close to the city center.... We had a 4 bedded room and it was pretty good for what we payed.

Liked: Proper hotel. Big rooms, excellent bathrooms, all very clean if lacking character. Very good breakfast buffer included in the price. Excellent value for money.
