Liked: Used hostel as a base for travelling around Cyprus (rented a car). The "mother" of the family had a genuine warmth and kindness which was much appreciated, the setting beautiful and the food exquisite! Such a stark contrast to the horrible generic soul-less package holiday places our friends were staying in Paphos... Only a 15 min drive from Paphos and with a hearty breakfast which sets you up for the day... The Lamb Kleftiko for dinner was tender and delicious!

Disliked: My boyfriend got a bit obsessed with some ants in the bathroom, but a spray of insect repellent soon caused a mass ant genocide...

Liked: This is a delightful place which has a lot of charm. Rustic, natural, great lcoation away from mass tourism and hundreds of birds to listen to. the staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and it's an ideal spot to explore the west of cyprus. the food was also good and not too expensive, overall I can wholeheartedly recommend this as a typical cypriotic place.

Liked: Great location in hills above Paphos just 10 mins from airport and Rock of Aphrodite, yet also less than an hour from the beautiful Troodos mountains and 30 mins from some great beaches.

Liked: Very quiet, great atmosphere, lots of birds and animals around. A nice old building, very clean, and the owners were extremely friendly.
