Liked: The room is clean and there are some public areas for guest to use: take meals, reading and sit around. The breakfast is good as some hot food are served.

Disliked: By walking seems too far if taking the luggage. Better taking the bus but the bus fare is too high for only few stops from the main station.

Liked: Great value for money. Pero was a great host. He even posted cash to us after we had left after we stupidly left it in the draw.

Disliked: Fan broke for final night, but the host didn't really have control over that

Liked: Stuff is really friendly and helpful. Location is also very good, not far from the center and on the way from/to airport. Bus shuttle can pickup(or drop) you upon request from hotel's receptionist - it was very useful in our case.And yes, good 'family style' breakfast with view to nice garden :)

Liked: Nice clean hotel with good buffet style breakfast. Only thing I would like to point out is that the directions as to how to get to it from the train station need to be clearer. It says about walking through a shopping complex, but doesn't say this shopping complex is directly below Zagreb Glowni train station. You wouldn't know it was there if you didn't know about it. We ended up doing a 35 minute walk when it would only have been 15 minutes had the HOW TO GET TO instructions stated clearly that the shopping complex is below the train station. Reasonably priced for Zagreb standards.

Liked: The people who ran the property were very helpful and eager to please. We were in Zagreb on a very hot day and the unit air conditioner worked very well. Also, free internet - a computer for anyone to use in the lobby and wireless or wired connection in the room for those with compatible laptops.

Liked: Free wifi and internet is great. breakfast is hearty. About a 30 min walk from town centre though buses run past often. There is also a new block of rooms out the back which are 100 kuna cheaper than those inside the hotel.

Liked: Excellent service from staff to Non Croatian speakers. Went out of their way to make sure we caught connections to airport.

Liked: Decent location and the breakfast and free internet were definately a plus and brought the price down. 10/15 mins walk to city, and more importantly 20 from the beer hall, which must be visited!!
