Liked: A lovely original family run hotel. The friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The location -right on the sea front was perfect.

Liked: its location is great as it is right on the sea front in the main promenade area of the island. The staff are also pretty friendly and they carry out their business in an informal relaxed way. the view was fantastic from the hotel and it had a lovely relaxed island feel to it.

Disliked: i felt it was a bit over priced as the rooms and the interior of the hotel needs updating and some minor maintenance work needs to be done in the rooms. It doesnt feel like they have invested in the rooms / interior in quite a while. As it is on the promenade area there is some noise from bars / people outside. Breakfast was not included in the price. It would have felt like better value if it was.

Liked: Excellent value for money hotel in a great location. The hotel manager and staff were consistently helpful and friendly far above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. A truly unique holiday experience. I shall definitely be returning!

Disliked: Catriona left no negative feedback.
