Liked: The lady at reception was friendly and if she did not understand me she would ring Bernardo and get him to translate! The location of the hotel seemed quite central.

Disliked: The hotel itself is run down and in need of some TLC. The rooms had such a dirty feel to them and I managed to get bitten by something on my foot that made my foot swell. Once we arrived at the hotel our taxi man advised us to be safe as we were in a dodgy area.

Liked: It was a cheap place, but it was nice temperature wise, and did have a cable TV in each room which was nice, The room itself was older, but worth your money for one night.

Liked: With the same price as San Jose Backpackers, you'll get a better location in the city, a private bathroom and tv. So if you know the city and don't need any advices, this is a decent place to stay
