The lady at reception was friendly and if she did not understand me she would ring Bernardo and get him to translate! The location of the hotel seemed quite central.

Welcome to Hotel Capital - best location downtown San Jose, Costa Rica. We are a friendly budget hotel - comfortable, clean and cheap!
15 Rooms all equipped with TV cable, private bathroom, hot water, fan, double orthopaedic bed, available rooms for two / three beds.
Located in the historical downtown of San Jose, near to almost all the bus station to travel around the country. A large historical Costa Rican black and white pictures collection.
Environmental friendly, safe deposit available, free tourist information, rent a car, and tours available!
