About Hotel Chatelle Country Resort

Chatelle, an exclusive and private country resort, is located in la Garita, Alajuela, an area that according to the National Geographic Society has one of the best climates of the World.



Chatelle, is only 5 miles away from the Internacional Airport, six miles from Alajuela (second largest City in Costa Rica) and 17 miles from its capital; San José, (a 25 minute drive). We are just off the route known as "Flowers Mile", at an altitude of 700 meters, where the visitor can experience the most stunning views of la Garita Valley, Poás and Barva volcanoes, sugar cane and coffee plantations, tropical fruits, orchards, as well as green houses with exotic plants and flowers.



Chatelle is the only resort of its kind in Costa Rica. This tourist complex is an ensemble of "Chatelles", which have a typical architectural flavor reminiscent of the colonial Costa Rican petite residences. Each unit offers you complete modern facilities and comfort.



All units are landscaped with exuberant gardens and have access to 2 beautiful and pristine swimming pools, framed with a panoramic views of hills, mountains and volcanoes.
