Liked: Ivannia was very helfpul with booking transport to Monteverde. The hostel is a great option for staying close to the Juan Santamaria airport (there isn't much to do in Alajuela, but the location is convenient). My room was very clean and the beds weren't comfortable but satisfactory. Great option for Alajuela. Breakfast was nice as well.

Disliked: I booked a double room, but didn't realize double meant one full size bed. The room was fine, but could have been described more explicitly in the description. The hostel description also offered airport pickup, but I had to pay for a taxi, which was fine but I felt this aspect was falsely advertised.

Liked: very clean and nice rooms

Disliked: being woke up at 6am as breakfast was right outside our room, its ok if you get a room at the back, nobody cares if they are shouting outside your room

Liked: Rooms and bathrooms were both very clean. Breakfast was fresh and perfect for us (fruit, bread, jam, eggs, rice and beans)

Liked: Common area and landscaping and decoration is nice. Room is clean, but quite old and run down. Linen and mattress are of very cheap quality.

Liked: Most wonderful, charming and relaxing please I have ever experienced in a busy town. Magic atmosphere thanks to the very nicel staff and owner in an environment they have created with lots of love and passion. Very conscious about the environment. That is the place to stay in Alajuela!!

Liked: the little swimmimg pool is very ´´agradable´´we had a room without bathroom but the shared bathroom was very clean and in fact, perhaps we were alone to use it ....goog location in the center of this little town very ´´agradable´´

Liked: I quite enjoyed the central location, but once inside you felt like you were in a different world.. quite and peaceful! Really enjoyed the personal breakfast service and the wonderful clean and refreshing swimming pool.
