Liked: The only thing bad I can say about this place is that the rooms don't have windows which makes it a little depressing. Everything else is great including the honest-to-god hot water, not easy to find in Bogota.

Liked: Like other comments, the location is fantastic - just of the main street no 7 so easy walk to the gold museum, the plaza, etc. Everything you need (supermarkets, cafes, banks, internet) are just around the corner. Very safe area though LOTS of police around ' but still don´t let your guard down. This is a normal hotel so you are not going to meet people, other than the friendly staff, but the price was cheaper than private room hostels!!

Disliked: I had money stolen from my room - use the safe as I didnt!! Laundry (maybe 2kgs) was nearly the cost of one night!! I think they had it drycleaned...maybe hunt around if this is an expense you can´t afford. For the second time in recent weeks, this place did not have my booking so I lost the 10% deposit I paid!!!!!!!! Maybe book direct with the hotel!!

Liked: Location was good, really close to the gold museum and the La Candalaria area. Very clean, great hot showers, and pleasant staff. Breakfast was good too.

Liked: location was good and safe, just walk away from all distans,easyto find back, and friendly taxi service and very trust,and in the frontdesk girls was very helpfull, evean only speak spanish, most. somewas speak a litle english, but that not was a proplem to m!! if youask a me the rank from 1-10 il give 9, i ws very plese to stay thereand i will go back that same hotel next spring.
