Liked: The staff was ultra nice and helped us beyond anything you could expect! Wow! And the hostel is located by the West Lake, really close to Old st. and the rooms are nice.
Disliked: The hostel is perfect, unless you're looking for a backpacker hostel with lots of young people enjoying themselves or you want REALLY clean bathrooms (they were all right, but not super). It's actually a hotel with a couple of dorms. But the pros are heavier than the cons, really, a lovely place!!
