Liked: Good facilties in room
Disliked: Reception desk always really busy so we had to wait ages for any queries we had (20 minutes or so). Difficult to find (taxi driver couldnt find it) - the map on the hotels own website is wrong - follow the written directions rather than the map. When checking out, the reception desk said a taxi wouldnt pick us up and they couldnt order one. So dont stay here if youve got lots of heavy luggage like us!

Liked: The location ist great, in walking distance to metro and lake and a lot of very nice hutongs around to explore. Internet connection was very good in the room. Nice courtyard to sit outside.
Disliked: They didn't mention that our double room has no window which was not so nice.
