Liked: Reasonable breakfast included in price, large bedroom and bathroom, good location in a nice quiet street close to metro and at walking distance from main attractions, helpful staff, free wi-fi.

Disliked: Rooms need to be refurbished, wi-fi is not available in all rooms. My room had a door with translucent glass, which took a bit of privacy and security. Not exactly a problem, but for those who are looking for a party hostel, this is not the place, as it is in fact a hotel.

Liked: The rooms are clean, the WiFi didn't work but the computer downstairs was free to use a lot. Breakfast was good, cereal bar, yoghurt, cereal... Had hot water and a good shower.

Disliked: We arrived here late at night and the receptionist tried to overcharge us by $20 a night, not knowing the rate that was advertised on HostelBookers. After a short while she decided to let us have the room and she would sort out the money issue the next day when the manager was in. So although this was a big inconvenience at the time it was sorted quickly.

Liked: It is really cheap and the neighbourhood is nice. The beds were really good!

Disliked: There are a lot of hight differences in the floor over which it's easy to fall. It is not really a backpackers hostel, so not a place to meet fellowtravelers. And the breakfast was avarage

Liked: Fantastic location, couldnt be better, and the staff lovely. but the website must be changed, the cheaper rooms do not come with private bathroom/cable tv etc as stated, they are nothing like the photos, just regular hostel rooms.

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel 3 times and found it to be a very pleasant place. The staff don't speak much English, but they make up for that with being very very friendly. It is in a lovely location.

Liked: the hostel is very basic, good location but not very helpful for young travelers, specially out of season. There are not many people to interact so dont recommend for lonely travelers. it is cheap so maybe grouppf people or couples taking the room with the views of square would be satisfied. Check the room before you take it!!!!
