Liked: One young guy at desk was friendly.Location ok - walking distance to many attactions, but a bit rough area travelimg with a kid.

Liked: Clean and secure room - great location. Just needs a bit more tourist info at the desk. A bit of a mix up with the number of nights I had booked and with the number of breakfast tickets they gave me....Promoting what is happening ion the city makes the hotel feel more inclusive, so could do better on that front.
