Liked: Everything was clean and tidy. The room had a good size. We had a 4 bedroom which also had a small kitchen area with table and chairs which was perfect as we added a 5th bed and still had enough space. It is a quiet location and the bus stop is just opposite. Breakfast is included and ok. It was a good choice, can recommend it.

Disliked: To much heating in room. We noticed to late that we didn't know how to lower temperature, so our mistake not to ask before....

Liked: Value for money. Fridge µwave helpful.

Disliked: Total absence of local character, but that doesn't matter much. Dull breakfast.

Liked: Bus stop right in front of the hotel. The bus to the city costs 2.75 dollars and takes less than 15 minutes.

Disliked: My room was not very nice and smelled a bit. I think the place is rather expensive for the price. The door was left open after cleaning so I was quite glad that my laptop and passport were still there when I came back in the evening.

Liked: Friendly staff. Rooms clean & secure. Breakfast included in price.

Disliked: Had to pay for wi-fi service even though I had my own Wireless device. This was disappointing as this service is almost always complimentary when provided by accomodation provider.

Liked: It looked pretty good from the road and it was relatively quiet which was nice.

Disliked: The breakfast room was not half as cosy as what we expected from seeing the website. It was October so ofcourse hardly any guests. The 2 staff members at the time where not very open or forthcoming, also I think because they hardly spoke english. We met no one else. The bedroom was very small we found and the bed too. That didn't matter too much if the price had been lower. We paid a reservation for about $ 35.00 or slightly more and another $ 376.00 thereabouts for 4 nights. We found that too much for what we got.

Liked: Great location in a quiet part of Quebec City that is mercifully outside the touristy areas. The staff gave us map during check-in and told us how to get the bus downtown. Rooms were small but clean and private. Breakfast was plentiful and complimentary.

Disliked: Rooms were pretty plain--didn't matter to me but if people want something super-charming they might be disappointed.

Liked: A good place to stay in Quebec. Close to the city centre, you can go by walking or by bus (there's a bus stop next to the hotel). Room very clean and very comfortable.

Liked: The location of the hostel is quite convenient, but the attitude and helpfulness of staff, facilities in the hostel (such as wifi and heater), breakfast and the whole setting are not satisfactory indeed. The hostel itself would be a good place for budget traveller, but with that price you really cannot expect anything.
