1. Any cancellation made before 30 days of arrival date will be accepted and the amount of the reservation will be refunded to the customer less the expenses incurred by the cancellation. 2. For any cancellationn made between 30 days and the date of arrival, the customer may make the cancellation but without right to reimbursement, 100% of your reservation will be charged to the customer. 3. Any changes or modificacion (i.e: date, room type, etc.) will be allowed but the customer will be charged modification fees. 4 The costs of modification or cancellation fees or annullations will be 30% of the total amount of the reservation. 5. All reservation will be charged the booking day. 6. Any refund that may be required will be done in the next 30 business days from the effective date of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival (local time). Payments made to HostelBookers are non-refundable.
