Liked: The room felt very cozy, friendly staff, great central location in the town of Banff.

Disliked: A little confusing about which hotel was ours and where we needed to check in...other than that, not a problem.

Liked: We were very surprised with the great location and use of facilities in the main lodge. The staff very friendly and the hallways quiet.

Disliked: We would have liked to been told in the booking that there were pool/sauna facilities available becuase we didnt bring our swimsuits. Also the directions to the hotel given to us on hostelbookers was to the wrong side of the street. They should be revised.

Disliked: Walls are thin and you hear people speaking in the next room.

Liked: Location and value for money.

Disliked: Given it's location it can be a "party" destination for weekenders, ie noisy.

Liked: The location is so convenient being on the main street of Banff and very close to a big grocery store, Safeway.

Disliked: The floor carpet is old and smelly, musty and all.
