Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was clean with air-conditioning and the hotel also had a pool and 24hr reception. The price also included breakfast which was a buffet which incuded fruit and many other tasty dishes.

Disliked: The location of the hotel was close to Angkor Wat but a 20 minute walk into the city. There was no safety deposit box in the room and no do not disturb sign to hang on the door which was a bit annoying because if you wanted to have a rest in the afternoon you would be woken up by the cleaner. The hotel price for laundry was £3 per kilo, whereas down the road it was £1 per kilo.

Liked: Service of staff far exceeded our expectations! They were great about helping accomidate all of our needs throughout our stay. Location was great and pleanty to offer in the surrounding area. Was close to all of the temples and attractions in Seim Reap area. The driver that picked us up from the airport was awesome and took us under his wing for the time that we were there showing us around the whole city for $35 USD a day. He was provided from the hotel and took us from Sunrise at Angkor Wat at 4 am until almost 11pm that evening.

Disliked: Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Liked: clean and tidy, staff were nice, bed was good, air con was top rate, quiet

Disliked: decent tuktuk ride to pub street, food service was non existant, had to hunt down someone to take an order for dinner (sat in the dining room alone for some time)

Liked: staff friendly, always receive you smiling and try to help you as much as possible

Disliked: they promised to go and pick me up and they didn´t, they forgot it

Liked: It was like a propper hotel at hostel prices

Disliked: I'm sure they said that they had a free shuttle bus into town, which they didn't

Liked: Fantastic value for money. For around 33 bucks we had pool, buffetbreakfast, room service, beautiful rooms and really friendly staff.

Disliked: Some people may prefer that it is closer to town center but we enjoyed the fact it was closer to ankor temples as we had hired some bikes to explore the area.

Liked: This is a lovely hotel and well furnished and is situated in a good road. The staff are very polite. The hotel also has a nice pool.

Disliked: The hotel is a little too far out of town and there is little nightlife in the immediate vicinity but would be suitable for relaxing or romantic holidays as the hotel is of a high standard with lovely rooms.
