Liked: Clean, comfortable and with a pool, and all within walking distance of the centre of Siem Reap. A lovely old house with lots of character. and small courtyard garden outside. The owner and staff were very helpful too, so all in all an excellent place to stay.

Liked: its elegant homely and you can see the attention to detail everywhere. I found the staff extremely friendly and welcoming and appreciated the extra help finding a lost item from my flight. the food and cocktails there were very good and i spent a lot of late afternoons just hanging about relaxing.

Liked: The property is lovely, when you walk in there is a nice garden and outdoor restuarant and a pool. The pool is much needed as after hours of traipsing around temples its nice to take a cool dip and relax. The staff were very lovely and extremely helpful. We were there when they were doing renovations and they kept asking if we wanted to stay somewhere else, as they were concerned the noise would bother us. But it was only during the day so it wasn't a problem. Also, they organised a tuk tuk to pick us up at the airport, and he ended up taking us around the temples for the next three days, very handy.

Disliked: There was nothing really to dislike about the property, other than the renovations which weren't too much of a problem.

Liked: very friendly staff and overall nice family atmosphererooms very clean, hospitable and the hotel very nice with bar, pool, jacuzzi on offer,felt very safe and close to the town and the complimentry tuk tuk to town was also warmly acceptedBreakfast was included and it was well above average and even with an early checkout (5am), we were provided with breakfast on our travels.During our stay we also visited the restaurant owned by the family and the menu on offer was extensive, very well priced and enjoyable.i will definately be recommending this hotel to family and friends as it was a pleasure to stay in it

Liked: This hotel is great value for the price... the pool is brilliant on a hot day. The location is close to the centre of town, but the road is a bit muddy when it rains... easily solved by taking a tuk tuk. Room is spacious, clean, breakfast yummy, and you could order food to the hotel from the restaurant they own in town which was good at lunchtime after a long morning wandering around temples.

Disliked: There was a slight mixup on checkout with the deposit when we were paying... they wanted us to pay the deposit again, but this was sorted out to our satisfaction.

Liked: the staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean.They even do a breakfast take away if you want to get up early for the angkor wat sunrise! fantastic

Liked: In general it is a good hotel in reasonably good location, 10 min walk from Central Market, friendly staff, safe and clean, only very poor breakfast. I would give it 7 points out of ten.

Liked: The food was great. The staff was extremely nice. There was a pool there which was wonderful after spending long days touring angchor wat. Its really close to the night market and all the bars. You have to walk down a bumpy dirt road though, but for us it wasn't a problem. The room had air conditioning, a fan, and cable tv. It was more like a hotel. It was a beautiful french styled building. I would stay there again!!

Liked: The staff were very friendly & eager to help, the pool and garden was a great spot to relax & escape the heat of the day. The hotels tuk-tuk drivers also deserve a mention, they were always on time very curtious & help in every way, in fact we stayed an extra couple of days directly because of the wonderful staff, the room was comfortable, air conditioning & fan, fridge, TV all very good, like most hotels in Asia the plumbing wasn't great but the bathroom here functioned quite well. The hotel has two name sake restaurants in Pub Street that would deliver food to you if you didn't feel like going up town, & the pizzas were very good. I would like to return another time & would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: More of a hotel than hostel but is a beautiful place to stay, very clean and modern with great staff. Is a good location just a short walk from night market/main hub of town but means its quieter for sleeping. Gorgeous rooms, covered outside area to sit/eat, pool and upstairs terrace all so tastefully done it felt like it was a treat to stay there.

Liked: The hotel is a peace and quiet place in Siem Reap with a nice garden and swimming pool. The staff is so helpful (they helped us to book a tuktuk to go sightseeing the Angkor temples) and friendly. The hotel offers all the facilities you can expect from a High standard hotel and have also the TIGRE DE PAPIER retaurant (with reasonable price and really nice dishes Khmer and western cuisine) where you can have your breakfast 24 / 24 (with a large choice of bacon eggs ...) just before you go for an early visit to the temples leaving the hotel at 4.30am by tuktuk and dropping us off at the restaurant and leaving at 5am to be at the opening hour)The hotel is the perfect place to organise a nice stay in Siem Reap and resting a little thanks to the services the hotel provides
