Liked: The swimmingpool was good. Nice lounge area. Good safety deposit box in the room.The sheets and towels were dirty, they did not change them despite our complaints. One lamp was broken.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast, which was included, was average. We only discovered on our last morning that we could order eggs - and the result was a delicious omelette. The pool was large, and clean, with comfortable loungers. A delight at the end of the day. The location was great - 15 minutes walking distance to the market.

Liked: four star hotell with sale-prices - no high season and building works etc. Excellent choice just for us just now. The pool was us almost in private use ;-) If full prices - would compare with others.We enjoyed our 5 nights stay.

Liked: Excellent staff, comfortable room, good breakfast included. The hotel has a list of prices to visit the temples by Tuk Tuk, drivers are always waiting outside - ask for Mr Mao, he gave us a great service. Only criticism is over the internet, the business centre was only open from 8am - 5pm, not ideal when you're out all day visiting the temples. However there is an internet cafe just outside.

Liked: location is very convinient. pick-up from airport was arranged. we gave the wrong arrival time and the driver have to wait. surprised to see him when we arrived 2 hours later.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay and we recommend the Angkor Star Hotel because they have a very good breakfast buffet and a swimming pool on the first level but be aware of the cleanness in the room as it’s not so effective, we had bad luck with the hand / bath towels, a smelly sweaty foot print but you can ask for new towels in the lobby.Be aware for the charge of the mini bar in the room, just go to the supermarket nearby and you can buy a lot cheaper and they have Camb / Thai and western food too! The staff at this hotel is very helpful but they want your $$$ to spend on several attractions in Siem Reap and they are greedy too! We took a bottle of cold water (0.5 liters) from the mini bar and replaced with a non cold bottle of water (0.5 liters) that we bought from the supermarket as it was not cold to drink immediately. They charged us $ 1.50 for the bottle of water we replaced.

Liked: The place was nice. A pretty nice hotel for $25. They had a nice big private room and bathroom and a TV with 100+ channels. There was also a casino downstairs next to the lobby. the bed was extremely hard-my only complaint.

Liked: I can recommend that hotel very much! Rooms are clean and arranged in a beautiful way. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and breakfast are great! And the hotel offers drivers (taxi as well as tuk-tuk) for very good prices. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend it to everyone!!
