Liked: All of the staff were extremely friendly and very hard working to make our stay very enjoyable. Although the location was a little out of town, they were very willing to drop us off and pick us up each day. We ate at the restaurant each night, as we felt the food was good value, authentic Bulgarian and very tasy. As we were there over Christmas, they provided wonderful dinners for the occassion. Great rooms, great breakfasts. Everything was great. We would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

Liked: Staff very friendly, the luxury apartment very spacy. but the last 1km to the hotel is a dirt road full of giant pot holes. Although they have central heating the temperature in the room was too low.
