Liked: well i arrived thinking i was staying in a room for 10 people, but i actually had a double bed ensuite room. loved the people i met.They dont actually have dorms all rooms are private but they do have rooms that can sleep more than one person for families, but all rooms are private and great value for money.

Liked: Staff where great, clean rooms, decent breakfast, able to organise all our trips to iguassu and taxis to and from airport. Felt safe at the hostel. free internet and pool was a bonus. Not much nightlife around but that was fine with us. They were over booked on the first night so they put us up in a really nice hotel.. would stay there again

Liked: Quaint and quiet. Air conditioning was good bonus. Pool small, but still refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful in planning our stay in Foz do Iguassu.

Liked: The 'Charm Suites' were good. Marcio was really helpful. It is a difficult place to describe as the rooms aren't suites and it is slightly more than a hostel. The location is good for the bus from Puerto Iguazu and good for the bus to the Brazilian side. It is a little way out of town, a taxi might be required if you don't like walking.We had a couple off issues (e.g. leaky room due to building work - water running down our walls at 1am) but all resolved quickly.The rooms are moving across the road so the issues with noise that some had with being by reception will no longer exist. Both rooms we had were lovely and clean, the breakfast was huge and the free coffee great. The free internet was good, but no timelimit so some guests were on for hours hogging it.....

Liked: I enjoyed my stay at Charm Iguassu Suites. It is located in a safe area of Foz, and within walking distance to pharmacy and supermarket. I stayed in a private room with its own bath, television and in-room refrigerator. This property is clean, and provides linens and towels for guests for no additional charge. Breakfast is included - fruit, breads and sweet cakes, and juice in the kitchen. The swimming pool is small, but clean and well maintained. Laundry service is available for an extra charge. Currently, this property is small with only 6 rooms. They will be moving into a new, larger space within a few months in order to provide more availability for lodging. The owner speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English. He does a good job arranging sight-seeing tours and transportation. The transportation does get a bit pricey when traveling alone, so it is a good idea to ask other guests about their plans so that the cost can be split between more people.

Liked: GREAT breakfast!!! although not Downtown located at a very safe area, it was about 20 min walk to city centre. Friendly staff, nice rooms!

Liked: Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great (lots of fresh fruit and a variety of other breads, muffins, teas, etc). It is a 10 minute walk from the center of town. So it's not super central, but reasonably located. Due the "Gripe A" (swine flu) propaganda going around at the time there were not many people checked in. It's a good place if you want a quiet safe stay with a friendly staff. No kitchen is available, though, other than breakfast time. They can also arrange prepaid taxi and help you with other transportation info.

Liked: it's a very simple hostal. there's no kitcken opened for the backpackers, and is very very calm. not a place to meet people nor to have fun. That's a clean an safe place. a good option.

Liked: It was nice and clean with a charming backyard with a small pool. The breakfast was good and the owner very helpful (but the only one who speaks english)
