Liked: Everything about this hotel was just great. It is very close to Bascarsija, about 5 minutes walk. The hotel is clean, the employees are nice and friendly.Breakfast is a standard Balkan breakfast, boiled eggs, fresh bread, salami,cheese, butter, jam, honey, cereals,coffee, milk and tea. It is enough to start a day. I would strongly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Liked: First of all it is only a minute walk to the Bascarsija (old town) centre! Second, hotel workers are soooo nice and helpful!! I felt so comfortable staying there. They do more then they are paid for I think. They would know ur name and ur day plan (if u have told them) and then when u r coming back they would ask u how was it. They recommend places to eat or go for a drink,draw u a map if needed. If I go back to Sarajevo again,I ll stay there for sure! :)

Liked: Brillianlty located near the old town and the river. Tram stops about 1 minutes walk away to get to the station and elsewhere. Very clean and friendly with a great breakfast.

Liked: Nice location, just a 5-miunte walk to Sarajevo old town. Breakfast more than enough with good coffee. Rooms are small, beds are ok. Lovely staff and clean rooms.

Disliked: Somehow our reservation got lost, reception was very surprised about our arrival. How can this happen? We were lucky they offered us two of their free rooms instead. These were really tiny and not double rooms, but good enough for 1 night. In general, the place is not a quiet oasis to relax. You hear every kind of noise from late to early, not only from outside, but also from your neighbors and the reception.

Liked: Great helpful staff. Bargain.

Disliked: Rooms not cleaned daily only on request. What more can you ask for...with the price that is being paid.

Liked: The Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the city centre. There is the possibility to park the car for free right in front of the hotel.

Disliked: Nothing remarkable, only two minor notes: the double room was instead a twin room (with twin beds) and there is no shower curtain in the bathroom.

Disliked: A lot of noise from construction works next door. Hotel staff seems very uninterested.

Liked: Located at 5-10 minutes from the old town. The hotel is located in hill with nice old muslim cementeries and mosquees around.

Disliked: It is not far from the old town but it is a little bit difficult to find it by your own.

Liked: The room - a private dbl - we booked was actually in the "hostel" house rather than the hotel (though right next door) and did not include some of the things listed (TV, for instance) but they discounted it for us appropriately. Everybody was nice and helpful. The shared bathroom was clean. The location is 2 minutes max from Bascarsija on foot.

Disliked: We forgot to bring something with an alarm (a phone for instance) so we asked for a wake up call one night for the next morning in order to catch an early tram. The wake up call never came but we made it anyway. Small potatoes, as they say. Everything else was very pleasant.

Liked: Location is convenient. Staff is very helpful and allow me to check in early. Breakfast is good.

Disliked: My room on G/F is quite noisy and not very easy to find.
