Liked: Location is great - definitely worth staying near the main plaza in Santa Cruz.

Disliked: Nothing. Fine for a basic Bolivian hotel.

Liked: The hostel is near the centre of Santa Cruz. The people want to help you but they can't speak English.

Disliked: The quality is less for the price that you have to pay for a night. The rooms are old and need a fresh up.

Liked: Location is one of the only positive aspects of this hotel.

Disliked: Cleanliness: terrible. Bed sheets were very dirty and seemed unchanged for a long time. Bathroom: there was water leaking everywhere.

Liked: Cheap and central, the location couldn't be better, and the staff was nice. Air conditioning was a wonder, and the shower was pretty good.

Disliked: They didn't clean the rooms, and it wasn't the most comfortable accommodation.

Liked: Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Extra blankets and endings bathroom. Good location to main plaza.

Disliked: Breakfast is two piece of stale bread with jam and butter which takes ages to be served. The tv was supposed to be fixed on the first day but the repair man spent the whole day there (so we couldn't lock our room) and the tv still didn't work. The internet is very hit and miss and the computer is always covered up or one of their family is on it. No one spoke any English.

Liked: It is a budget hotel and not hostel. But the place is perfectly OK. Very good location, nice staff, breakfast, wifi, clean.

Disliked: In our room fan did not work and it was awfuly hot in the room. The splash in the toilet also did not work. It could be the case that our room was somehow unlucky.

Liked: Nice, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Central to Santa Cruz.

Disliked: More of a hotel than a hostel. On a really busy street-the traffic was really noisy so ask for a room at the back of the hostel if you can.

Liked: It's located in the center but still quiet at nighttime. The rooms are very clean and the wifi works excellent even in the rooms! Breakfast is good too and the staff is friendly!

Liked: Big room, quite air con, clean, simple but nice breakfast. Beautiful courtyard area.

Disliked: Hot water in shower not working. Breakfast area is an open courtyard and mosquitos were a pest during breakfast. Most of all, did not take into account the deposit I paid through hostelbookers.

Liked: The location was great, only 2 blocks from the central Plaza. This was a great point of reference for walking round during the day. I would still recommend ALWAYS catching taxis at night though, as the city can be quite dangerous and we has a few negative encounters in our short stay. Our room was very clean and quite spacious (staying in a triple) with air conditioning, cable tv, and a big window looking out onto the street. The shower was never warm, but this was a not a problem because of Santa Cruz very warm climate. The staff was always very friendly. The night person never had a problem with us coming in at all hours of the night, and the staff were usually happy to make us breakfast even if we slept in past the allocated time.

Disliked: A little bit on the pricey side, Breakfast was lacklustre, and while they had a computer with internet, most of the time it was covered up or switched off, which made it unclear whether we were allowed to use it or not.
