Liked: It's located in the center but still quiet at nighttime. The rooms are very clean and the wifi works excellent even in the rooms! Breakfast is good too and the staff is friendly!

Liked: Big room, quite air con, clean, simple but nice breakfast. Beautiful courtyard area.

Disliked: Hot water in shower not working. Breakfast area is an open courtyard and mosquitos were a pest during breakfast. Most of all, did not take into account the deposit I paid through hostelbookers.

Liked: The location was great, only 2 blocks from the central Plaza. This was a great point of reference for walking round during the day. I would still recommend ALWAYS catching taxis at night though, as the city can be quite dangerous and we has a few negative encounters in our short stay. Our room was very clean and quite spacious (staying in a triple) with air conditioning, cable tv, and a big window looking out onto the street. The shower was never warm, but this was a not a problem because of Santa Cruz very warm climate. The staff was always very friendly. The night person never had a problem with us coming in at all hours of the night, and the staff were usually happy to make us breakfast even if we slept in past the allocated time.

Disliked: A little bit on the pricey side, Breakfast was lacklustre, and while they had a computer with internet, most of the time it was covered up or switched off, which made it unclear whether we were allowed to use it or not.

Liked: loved the value for money, excellent cable, cont breakfast, aircon, hot water, so close to the plaza and the friendliness of the staff, especially the owner.

Disliked: the wifi is slow and often drops out

Liked: Great location for central town. Good cable TV. The lady who runs the place is lovely even though we can't understand what she says to us because we don't speak spanish...

Disliked: Showers are rarely hot. Noisy if by the road due to thin windows and holes around the air-con. Couldn't get the wi-fi to work.

Liked: Nice place, and very friendly and helpful staff plus you are only a block away from the centre of town. Breakfast was standard fare but fresh and single service rather than a buffet. We were only here for a two days and a night before bussing to Paraguay but they gave us good deal on a day-rate for the room on our second day while we waited for our bus.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Big bright room with 80 channels... Great for a couple of days of relaxing. It is not a hostel, so it is not the place to party and meet other people. But for us it has been the best place we have stayed in SA so far.

Liked: Really helpful staff, right next to the Plaza, lovely atmosphere just no bar or internet are about the only faults. The breakfast tends to be just toast with tea or coffee and some weird juice, but that's not too uncommon for hotels in Bolivia from our experience.
