Liked: Nothing - we had booked it for 3 nights but left after the first night - it was that bad! Worst accomodation in all my travels in south america.

Disliked: They dont speak a single word of english. The bedroom was filthy dirty, the floor was brown tiles (all loose and coming out) and hadnt been wiped in months, There was a layer of dirt under the bed about an inch thick. The douvet cover was covered in dried blood stains and dirty brown marks. I nearly threw up at the sight of it. It is located on a busy and noisy road with drivers beebing their hornes all throughout the night. I asked for a drink around 10pm - I had a dry troat- - they couldnt give me anything, not even water (they are supposed to have a restaurant!) The rooms and hallways are freezing, there is no heating at all. I requested a heater and got one but it was sparkinig and melted from overheating - very dangerous. When we checcked out they tried to overcharge us - claiming we had been there two nights when we had only been there 1. It was a nightmare to sort out because we only have basic spanish and the three people working here hadn't a word of english. Worst accomodation i've stayed in so far. Been travelling for 6 weeks in south america. Unbelievably overpriced. Avoid it unless you like feeling filthy.

Liked: Great value for money. Breakfast was simple like most other south America countries, bread and coffee. They don't speak any English but we got by ok. Would definitely recommend to any traveller and the cable tv even had desperate housewives!!

Liked: Bathrooms were clean, good central location

Disliked: One of our bed sheets were dirty on arrival, and I cant be sure but Im pretty sure I had my mobile phone stolen out of my bag whilst it was in the left luggage room. Also, the reception staff dont speak very good english, and are not very good at answering the door when you buzz...we sometimes had to wait a very long time.

Liked: Good location and a good price for a single room if you are sick of dorm rooms and need a little r&r.

Disliked: Very stale environment where you will not meet anyone.

Liked: Great place to stay. They let us in to our room at 6:00am after getting off a 12 hour bus ride. Close to the bus station and easy walk into the touristy party of town.
