Liked: Great location, clean and quiet if that's what you're looking for! Helpful staff and secure rooms. We got a twin room with own bathroom and it had cable TV which was great for chilling out!

Disliked: The room was quite cold so we needed blankets all the time but it wasn't long before warming up. Asked for the room to be cleaned after two days (as we didn't need if cleaned the first day) and they only changed the bed covers. The floor needed to be swept and the toilet roll wasn't replaced which meant we had to go looking for more.

Liked: The location, good pace to acclimatise in La Paz

Disliked: Limited time on the internet, not a great place to meet people due to nature of the rooms, but a good place to chill out

Liked: Good location right opporsite the Witches Market. A hotel not a hostel but pleasant nonetheless.

Disliked: Wi-fi on high levels is very very slow.

Liked: Clean,Cable TV, nice ancillary staff

Disliked: The Manager, basically disregards your Hostelbookers booking and uses an inflated exchange rate so you pay the same as someone who just walked in reducing rate by less than a dollar (80cents). They won't cater for breakfast earlier than 7.30am or reduce price for not having breakfast.

Liked: The location is excellent, the staff accommodating, and the hotel is secure. A great place to visit for downtown La Paz.

Liked: Great location, very clean & secure.Good supply of hot water !!

Disliked: Used the hotel as a base over several weeks - in and out trekking etc and had no problems. Lovely , helpful staff, safe place to leave gear whilst out trekking etc. BUT - we had two travelling companions who were treated really poorly. Both had stayed several nights and had booked in after tekking in the mountains. Both were turned away despite bookings - the hotel had simply got a better offer and filled the room regardless. Management were then very unhelpful - offering no alternatives ( they could have been offered a double room in lieu of a single - they were available, but neither were), staff when challenged became rather aggressive & unfriendly.

Liked: Hotel Fuentes sijaitsi erinomaisella paikalla La Pazin keskustassa. Kaupungin hälyäänet eivät kuitenkaan kantautuneet huoneeseen, mikä takasi yörauhan. Hotelli tarjosi neljä tietokonetta asiakkaidensa käyttöön maksutta. Kuitenkin olisi ollut hyvä , jos huoneissa olisi ollut langallinen internetyhteys, koska koneet olivat ruuhkaisia. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja avulias.

Liked: Located on a quiet street, close to centre of tourist area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean. Good cable TV in room. Very hot water.

Liked: All the advantages of a hotel for a reasonable price and a great location. Right next to the Witchcraft Market, near the San Francisco Church. The hotel can also arrange bus tickets which is very convenient as apparently one of the terminals is in a rough area. All good!

Liked: The sauna was broken.The front desk was left alone many times so that anybody can grab any of the room keys. Very bad security.Very little hot water.They didn't replace the towels when they cleaned the room.The walls are very thin. When you are in teh toilet you can hear the guy next door doing his business .Location is perfect, which maked up for the above, just about.

Liked: huge rooms with a great view over la paz (if you have a room on the 4th floor like we did), solid breakfast, nice staff, amazing location next to the witche's market, the only bother is that the building is a bit derelict (cracked tiles in the bathroom...)
