From Belize City you need to:

Take the Western Highway toward Belmopan, and then turn on Humming Bird
Belmopan/ Dangriga, this part of the road starts with the junction on the
Western Highway, the road will drive you through the mountain.
Once you reach the other side of the mountain after 48 miles you will find on
the right of the Southern Highway to Placencia /Independence/ Punta Gorda.

At the 22 miles on the SH you will turn left off the highway toward
Riversdale Placencia.
This part of the road is not more paved.
You will follow the road; keep your right after 9 miles you will see
Riversdale turn right proceeding south bound on the peninsula.

The Placencia Hotel is about 13 miles from the beginning of the dirt road.
You will see on you left side a long white wall this is our property.
On the right you will see an open development with some house coming up.
If you pass the wall and the development then you went to far.
