Liked: Location is good. It is not hard to find the hotel. It was clean and staffs are really helpfull.. And it was safe also..

Disliked: Rooms are small and price a bit expensive.

Liked: Sun Hotel is perfectly located in the center of Brussels, very easy access to tourist destinations. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and kind and welcoming; they went out of their way to make our visit better. The hotel itself is an absolute gem, especially at the low cost per room, you really get your money's worth! I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to a friend!

Disliked: The lift is somewhat old and small. Breakfast does not come with the room fee.

Liked: The only thing that we really liked about the hotel was the location and it was easy to be found.

Disliked: It was loud. The elevator which was stoping really often. The heat in the room which in general was cold.

Liked: Nice staff, looked fresh, map on display

Disliked: Extremely hard to find, map not being in the same enlargement as the one for another hotel I used earlier in the week, which was only ten minutes walk from the central station. This one looked even closer, but was four stops on the metro!

Liked: Location and free WiFi.

Disliked: Almost everything in the room was broken. It was extremly loud and you always hear the water pipes. The light goes through the door and its not dark when you want to sleep. Also there were rests of blood on the floor. The air was horrible and you can't do something against that. It really wasn't nice.

Disliked: The hotel was a mess. There were wires hanging out of everywhere and extremely loud construction. To top it off, the staff somehow managed to lock everyone in the hotel because they couldn't find the key to the front door. That caused us to miss our train. The whole experience was ridiculous. You're better off just staying in a hostel or upgrading to a better hotel. This place was not worth the money.

Liked: Well situated friendly staff

Disliked: the TV was not working, nor the wifi. The door of the room didn't close well nor the bathroom one. No hair drier either. The elevator works one time out of three ! Very small rooms.

Liked: Very good location, center is 5 min by foot. Where are lot of cafes, pubs, shops near the hotel. Stuff was great! We all together tried to open my beer bootle!:) And I had some problems with departing time, but the Sun Hostel stuff were friendly and helpful. I am recomending Sun Hostel for all young people who like reasonable price.

Liked: Sun Hotel was clean and relatively convenient (5 minute walk from the Metro). However, they are doing construction right outside the hotel, so it got very noisy at around 7am every morning (maybe not so bad if you don't have a window...). They did not clean our room between day 1 and 2, which was a little weird. It's warm in the room at night in the summer and no air to keep you cool. But otherwise things went well.
