Liked: Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast! Staff was very helpful and it was ideally located.

Disliked: They lost my reservation, but they still allowed me to stay.

Liked: Mostly clean good bed and tv was ok.

Disliked: No directions provided. Out is not on the city center likes it describes leaked itself. Hidden charges: city tax and 7 euros for wif in the,rooms. Sink in the bathroom made a loooot of noise when used, rhetoric plug in the bathroom did not work, no electric plugs near the bed, and when I go there my booking was not recieved. This is not a bad hotel to stay in in terms of facilities and cleanliness, but it's not good value for money!

Liked: Good location, decent size room.

Disliked: Problems when paying the bill. Staff tried to charge for deposit that I had already paid. Also a city tax of €4.25 / night was added to the bill, which wasn't mentioned anywhere when booking the hotel.

Liked: Definitely the location is the best. it's right in the centre of Brussels, it's walking distance from the shopping district and it's very close to the Metro. The hotel itself is pretty old, but it gives what travelers need, place to sleep, good location, staff was helpful even at 4am, the reception was helpful when i got sick. So all in all it was good.

Disliked: the only thing i don't like is the sink. They have separate tap for cold and hot water, so you can never get warm water. it's either all hot or all cold. So this can be improved for future. And also the shower curtain could've been a bit longer. it's difficult to keep the bathroom's floor clean from water.

Liked: The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was what you would expect. The rooms were very clean. Location great. No complaints at all. I booked very late, too, so I was surprised I could even get a room for this price at this hotel.

Liked: Old World feel among the city's newer offerings. Only complaint is that the engineer staff kept the rooms quite cold. The radiator worked only minimally even after two notifications to the front desk
