Disliked: no internet or effort to fix it in the rooms, no breakfast included (ten Euros each!), no maps, and was given completely incorrect directions to a restaurant. I wouldn't stay there again but I would recommend the location and price.

Liked: Quiet, clean and rather nice place The staffs are kind and always there willing to help Close distance to city centre Cost-efficiency: good price for the 3-star-hotel stay

Disliked: Wireless is sometimes weak and hard to get, but there is a computer with internet connection available in the breakfast room downstair which makes it not a big problem.

Liked: As a hotel, we felt very safe there. Everything was clean. It is located in Haarlem, so if you want to visit Amsterdam, you need to take a train, which takes about 15 minutes. But the city of Haarlem is still very nice! Definitely worth a visit since you are there!

Disliked: A bit far from Amsterdam.

Liked: Location is in the northern side of Brussels, close to Grand Place. Bedroom and bathroom are big. Warm water is very nice. There's a small fridge we can store our cheeses and beer,

Disliked: We walked out and there were hookers near the premises at night.

Liked: Convenient location near to the Gare Du Nord and easy access to metro. Room was spacious.

Disliked: The area is a little bit seedy (but we never felt unsafe). The rooms feel a bit dated (e.g. no shower curtain in the bathroom)

Liked: Very reasonable price. Excellent location close to city centre. Able to park outside if there were spaces. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: Bar and lounge were not always open. No kettles & tea/coffee facilities in rooms.

Liked: I would like to point out the good bath facilities of this hotel and good breakfast with constant refilling by staff to prevent out-run of supplies. It was clean and easily accessible by metro and on foot. Close to Gare du Nord and airport transport. I would recommend this hotel to others and use this hotel again in the future.

Disliked: Internet connection had some problems at first but the staff fixed the problem quickly.

Liked: Very helpful staff. We were trapped in Brussels on 31stJan due to the strike and the staff gladly arranged an additional night's stay for us for the same price. Room was big and warm (twin ensuite), bathroom was clean. The location is near to the main attraction sites.

Disliked: Poor wifi signal in the room, so we had to surf net in the ground floor area. Breakfast not included but there are plenty of food places along the streets nearby.

Liked: the best thing was the location just 2 blocks away to the main shopping street in Brussels..n the room was very comfortable..

Disliked: the internet connection was quite a disappointment. Plus its quite expensive for a hotel which didnt offer a free breakfast..

Liked: Great location only 15 mins walk from Grand Place. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money.

Disliked: The beds let the rest of the room down. Small singles but presumably aimed at the target market.

Liked: Perfectly adequate 3-star hotel, very easily accessible from the station, also easy walking distance to the city centre. Very clean, lovely big bathroom! Having a small fridge in the room was an added bonus.

Disliked: Slightly more expensive than I would expect.
