Liked: The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the location is just excellent. The hotel is very cheap for the location, if you only want somewhere to use as a base to sleep then this is for you!

Disliked: We were on the front and it was fairly noisy, also we had a cleaners closet right next to our room so they were in and out a lot in the morning. The breaklast isnt great BUT there are some lovely cafe's near by so this didnt bother us that much.

Liked: Very central to the Grand Place and walking distance to all central tourist destinations. Right next to the Central Station for easy access to the metro. Very clean, helpful staff and excellent value for money.

Liked: The property was a great value, and the location couldn't have been better. The rooms were adequate, comfortable, quiet and clean - exactly as described on the website (though, unfortunately, not all rooms feature the zeebra covers that are pictured!). Staff were helpful in figuring out how billing for my stay was working, and spent time explaining things to me until I understood it.

Disliked: Hotel has no maps of the area and offers no restaurant recommendations, since "they offer wi-fi" - you're on your own for figuring out the city.

Liked: Reluctantly moved us to a non smoke smelling room (at our cost)

Disliked: Didn't have my booking so charged us full cost. Small sign out front - hard to find. Must have walked past 5 times before spotting it. Room smelt like cigarette smoke for a non smoking hotel, also had ash trays in each room.

Liked: Clean toilets, amazing location, decent breakfast.

Disliked: Milk at breakfast wasn't great.

Liked: You couldn't ask for a better location, right in the heart of Brussels and very convenient to the Central station. The staff were always available and friendly. Definitely great value for money.

Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the bedding kept slipping. And just a warning that there isn't a lift, we traveled light so it didn't bother us, the walk is good to work off all the chocolate! But everything else was great!

Liked: It is located very close to the grand place and to the train station, great location to walk around Brussels. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Double glazed so can't hear any noise from the square below.

Disliked: The bathrooms are very small so it makes it difficult to not soak everywhere. Our shower was blocked and there was a smell of drains but I think this may have just been bad luck for us.

Liked: Location was fantastic - couldn't fault it. Balcony overlooking the square. We had the triple room - plenty big enough.

Disliked: Two things - neither of which bothered me that much. 1. Because of the location there is some noise when the bars restock their barrels or when the rubbish cart arrived. But I thought it was worth it for the location - wasnt that bad really. 2. Lots of stairs to get to the third floor, but not a big deal.

Liked: Very godd value for money. The Hotel is very simple, but honest. Very close to the Grand Place and the Cathedral. Simple but good breakfast. Good and Free WiFi Internet Connection.

Disliked: Even with a great location, it was a little hard to find using the instructions of the hotel staff. It could be easier if they said that they were in front of the art gallerie exit of the Brussels Centraal Station, and if they have given the name of the nieghbour restaurant (the restaurant is well signalized)

Liked: The location was fantastic, just 1min from grand place and 3min from centrale station. Also had a coded safe in the room which came in handy!

Disliked: The room was very small.

Liked: SoSo.

Disliked: Staff was really unpleasant. He always quip to me and it makes me very mad. It was awful experience. I'm never going to go there again. Never. I know nothing about the events in Brussels even the light show at the City hall. 제가여기위치가도저히인터넷만보고는찾을수가없어서전화를했는데, 되려나보고화를내지를않나. 인터넷비밀번호를달라고했더니그거잘안된다고말하면서한번해보던가라고말하고, 조명쇼언제하냐고물어봤더니글쎄..주말에?이러고(원래는매일합니다) 저희가 체크아웃하는데 굉장히 비웃는표정으로쳐다보더라구요. 잘가라는인사도한번안하고. 절대 가지마세요.

Liked: This hotel is great: It is only a couple of steps from the main square of Brussels. You can walk everywhere. Who would expect that a hotel in the middle of the city could be so cheap?

Disliked: You have to give your keys to the receptionist and you only have to tell them the room number to get it back. But as long as you don't leave any valuable items in your room, you will feel fine with this.
