Liked: Free, fast internet - I had 16Mps one morning.

Disliked: Some late night noise - not from the street but people coming back late and talking. The place needs to upgrade soundproofing. More soft furnishings on floors required to stop foot noise.

Liked: The location is amazing. It is super close to the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis as well as many other things to see in the city. The rooms are very clean.

Disliked: The walls are thinner so it can be loud, but for the most part it was great!

Liked: The place is really close to the city Center because it is in the Center! Minutes walk from central station literally. Room is comfortable and had a fabulous view. There is also tv provided.

Liked: The location.

Disliked: The gross blanket on the bed.. and there is no elevator

Liked: Clean, spacious, well-maintained.

Disliked: The receptionist corner is very small and will jam up the stairway when there are too many people there.

Liked: very good location, 5-10min walk from central train station. lots of restarants and shops nearby, no worry to shop til late

Disliked: the night staff is quite rude, seems not willing to answer questions and is quite impatient

Liked: The location of this hotel is really, really great. It is very close to the metro station, shopping area, and Grand Place.

Liked: Overall my stay was very pleasant. I liked the location the most. I had nice view from room.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that there are no carpets in hallway and when somebody walks, the noise level is quite high.

Liked: Everything. For a couple, very cheap. Privacy, breakfast, great position. I was in some hostels in Brussels, this one was the best!

Disliked: Nothing was there which I would dislike.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the location is just excellent. The hotel is very cheap for the location, if you only want somewhere to use as a base to sleep then this is for you!

Disliked: We were on the front and it was fairly noisy, also we had a cleaners closet right next to our room so they were in and out a lot in the morning. The breaklast isnt great BUT there are some lovely cafe's near by so this didnt bother us that much.

Liked: Very central to the Grand Place and walking distance to all central tourist destinations. Right next to the Central Station for easy access to the metro. Very clean, helpful staff and excellent value for money.

Liked: The property was a great value, and the location couldn't have been better. The rooms were adequate, comfortable, quiet and clean - exactly as described on the website (though, unfortunately, not all rooms feature the zeebra covers that are pictured!). Staff were helpful in figuring out how billing for my stay was working, and spent time explaining things to me until I understood it.

Disliked: Hotel has no maps of the area and offers no restaurant recommendations, since "they offer wi-fi" - you're on your own for figuring out the city.

Liked: Reluctantly moved us to a non smoke smelling room (at our cost)

Disliked: Didn't have my booking so charged us full cost. Small sign out front - hard to find. Must have walked past 5 times before spotting it. Room smelt like cigarette smoke for a non smoking hotel, also had ash trays in each room.
