Liked: Excellent location. Cosy room with great decor. Stunning breakfast!

Disliked: Narrow stairs if you have lots of luggage but that shouldn't deter you - more a consideration.

Liked: Rooms are always very clean quiet and lightfull. The owner speaks french very well. The hostel is near from the inner city, museums, restaurants and bikes rent service.

Disliked: The stairs are little difficult to climb (like most of typical houses at brugges). You can't watch TV from bed. There is no way to drink a tea or coffe in the bed room after a long walk but some teas are available at the entrance where you can borrow a cup.

Liked: The property is very well situated in the heart of the city and offers good value for money. the breakfast in the hotel is quite a spread. keep it up.

Disliked: The rooms are really small and hotel does not have elevator. Stairs are really steep so to get the luggage in the room in tough task.

Liked: Staff friendly and helpful. The family 'flat' was actually an entire house with 2 big bedrooms and 6 beds, kitchen, living room, courtyard. Breakfast was lovely. Very close to the main shopping street and great to have so much room.

Disliked: There was no wi-fi in the flat (although the staff were happy for you to use their computer briefly at the hotel and wi-fi isn't hard to find in the city).

Liked: Good location, quite easy to find (we got the bus from the train station into town and its the second stop at the square with the statues and fountains) and a very short walk from everything. It was very clean, and great value for money. I also liked the breakfast which was toast, eggs, ham and cheese etc.

Disliked: I would say that this is great value for money so I am not complaining when I say that the only thing that would have improved our stay is the noise levels. There's currently building work going on (right out our window!) which was a wake up call for us in the morning. The walls are quite thin too - you can hear a lot during the night. But it wouldn't put me off visiting again.

Liked: Very convenient location - 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Oh, and free internet was a bonus, as well as the delicious (included) breakfast.

Disliked: Nothing - all was good. Value for money in terms of pricing.

Liked: La habitacion era muy linda sobre todo por que nos toco la que tiene acceso a la terraza. El desayuno, realmente de lo mejor!

Disliked: Lo unico para destacar es que el baño era pequeño y no tiene ascensor. Pero compensa estas dos cosas con lo bellas que son las habitaciones.

Liked: We were nice and close to the station, information centre and most of the local sites. There was a lot of room in the flat for my family, allowing us some personal space while we were on the road (a rarity!!). The breakfast provided was generous and tasted great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and small groups.

Disliked: We travelled as a family to this hotel. I think that backpackers and/or solo travellers might find it a little hard to meet people if they are staying here.

Liked: Good location. Information center right outside.

Disliked: Owner wasn't very helpful. Very very steep and small stairs. Really, if your a little on the bigger side, it will be difficult. Paid WIFI was disappointing.

Liked: Superb location, very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, excellent value for money. A girl who worked there for the owners was super friendly and helpful and provided us with tons of advice.

Disliked: Owners seemed a bit stern and could be more friendly.

Liked: A charming, well-priced B&B, in a fantastic location. The B&B is on a lovely quiet street, close to all the amazing sights Bruges has to offer. The rooms were bright, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was extensive and just what you need to set you up for a day of sightseeing. Our en-suite room also had a great bathroom, with a good shower and even a good hair-dryer!

Disliked: Couldn't think of a single thing!

Liked: room was so beautiful, it was small but well designed, bed was big enough, and comfortable, breakfast was ok, bruge is not a big city, from hotel you can go easily to markt place, ant is takes about 15 min. to walk train station and it is also so close to the bus stops

Disliked: the behavior of the stuff, they remained the check-out date whenever they see us, and in the morning when we would leave the hotel, the woman came and told the check out time again,

Liked: This hotel was absolutely excellent. I have just returned from a two night stay in one of their double rooms. Right from the start the service was excellent: a day after booking through this site I received an e-mail directly from the hotel confirming my booking and welcoming me to the property. The hotel is a very simple 10 minute walk from Bruges train station and was easy to find, even in the dark as we arrived around 9:30pm. The owner (Reginald?) was waiting for us to arrive & was very welcoming even at the late hour. The common areas of the hotel are tastefully decorated, clean and homely. The room itself was incredible value for money with a good sized double bed, en-suite and french doors opening onto a little communal roof garden. Finishing touches such as 'Hotel Leopold' stitched into the towels and throw cushions on the bed added were a pleasant surprise. Ample storage space for coats & clothes, as well as a small flatscreen TV with a good selection of channels added to the comfort. The bathroom was immaculately clean, the shower powerful & hot. All in all I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. Fantastic value for money, extremely well located (8 minutes walk to the Markt & Burg, 2 minutes from the Concert Hall & 't Zand with it's cafe's, bars & Saturday morning market stalls) and a genuinely well run & well cared for hotel. Would visit again in a heartbeat and would be happy to recommed to anyone visiting Bruges.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing, cannot think of a single thing to fault!

Disliked: There was no bath, only a shower in the room. VERY small. No internet, a single old computer in the lobby under the stairs.
