Liked: Friendly staff and very clean and confortable rooms.

Disliked: The welcome at the beginning was friendly although a little overwhelming at first after a long journey. No kettle or tea making facilities in the room. This was charged extra and had to be asked for at reception.

Liked: Great breakfast. Well decorated and comfortable bedroom. Hostel owner friendly and attentive.

Disliked: Website publicised bike hire included in the cost, this wasn't the case when we got there. The hostel itself, although delightful, was at least a 20 minute (tedious) walk to the city centre, so a bike would have been great for getting in to and out of town.
