Near the central station of Zell am See, the slopes and the city center. The people are very friendly. Breakfast is very good. The room is small but very clean with every day fresh towels.
Overview
Villa Klothilde is a centrally located, but relaxed family run establishment. The skilifts in winter or walking paths in summer are just behind our house. The center of Zell am See, the lake, can be reached within 2 walking minutes.

Centrally located but in a quiet surounding you find a love worth addres for more wellbeeing in winter we are right besides the slopes
... and right besides the walking and mountain-bikes routes in summer
... and just 2 minutes walking disdance to the center of town - but in
wonderful and quiet part of town.
