Liked: staff was very nice, we had some trouble and they helped us right away, they are all kind and helpful. breakfast was awesome, they had really good food. the room and bathroom were big and clean.

Disliked: the internet connection was very unstable in the room, so we had to go to the reception in order to do our stuff.

Liked: This is a fabulous Hotel. The room is huge, nice shower and a safe in the room. The staff we all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, there is a huge selection of what ever you could want. There is also free coffee, tea and cake in the day and free fruit on the counter. The location is great, just a short walk to the centre of the city and trams on the road outside and a train station within walking distance. We loved this hotel. Perfect when staying in Vienna.

Disliked: Our only complaint was the room was hot. But they receptionists did give us a fan, which was helpful. It was unusually hot in Vienna at the time.

Liked: Very clean rooms and very helpful front desk, the breakfast was great, it's certainly way better than an average hostel sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Disliked: some of the furniture looks a bit used - not dirty or anything - just a bit used

Liked: Very short walk to the city centre. Nice, clean rooms and very quiet. They had a good breakfast and even some cake available in the afternoon.

Liked: staff friendliness and comittment to servce, going over the top to make sure all services were provided, including sewing kits, postage stamps, scanning and printing documents for me! I also really liked the tea served downstairs, with cake, it was much nicer than private tea in my room.

Disliked: it was all good...

Liked: The stay was good and the staff wa very friendly and helpful. Breakfast much better than other hostels, very good. I recommend.

Disliked: I just think that the pictures at their website are very different from the rooms we stayed.

Liked: Good location - about 15 minutes to the city centre walking and tram stop right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants closeby. Our room was really big and spacious. Modern furnishings and bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: I pulled the curtain and it came off the railing and couldn't be fixed so the room was incredibly bright! There was no offer for us to change rooms and we did not receive any discount. The room was also very warm as there was no a/c or fan.

Liked: The rooms are nice and spacious, the location is fantastic, and the breakfast is delicious. I also loved that there was complimentary teas and cake in the lobby.

Liked: Very helpful receptionist (not to mention cute), helped to pack a light breakfast for us when we had a really early check-out time in the morning. Location wise, pretty good, though it takes about 15-20 minutes walk to get to the Opera House. Rooms were spacious and nice as well.

Disliked: Semi-open concept bathrooms make privacy abit hard. Rooms not air conditioned, but a fan was provided.

Liked: It has a great location, hotel is clean and staff was super friendly.

Disliked: There were 2 things which I really didn't like: - the hotel is quite old and although it is very clean the furniture (bed) was very noisy, I woke up every time I moved on the bed - I visited the hotel when there was approx. 30 degrees in Vienna and unfortunately the same was in the room, lack of air conditionig is a big minus in the summer

Liked: it was very neat and clean and even though the room was small, it was well decorated and presented. the bathroom was spacious and very clean as well. the staff were extremely friendly and even accommodated a special request at breakfast.
