Liked: Location was close to the train station and an easy walk to the old town. Good size room and bathroom. Reasonable breakfast. Staff were very efficient.

Disliked: Overpriced in comparison to other places in Salzburg. You can find something good for about 50EUR a night instead!

Liked: This hotel is value for money with excellent location & facilities. It is just 10 minutes walk to the city where all the major attractions are or you can take bus 22 from the side of the building. Room had wi-fi, was spacious and very clean. Best of all, we had the roof-top room with a small window on top. The toilet was heavenly, with a huge bath-tub, clean towels, hot water and a heating rack to dry your clothes/ towel.

Disliked: Nothing at all....we were overjoyed with the room and facilities. Due to the construction of the train station, it may be a bit hard to locate although it is very near the train station.

Liked: Very near to train station,which easy to find. Good breadfast with penlty of choices.

Disliked: Our room is hot and stuffy,but they don't have air-con or fan.For winter time is fine since they have heater. Very small toilet with only 1 bin for room and toilet to share. Not enough space for toileties.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing as they had a wide range of foods on offer. The beds were very comfy and the duvet was heaven.

Disliked: The wifi did not work in certain parts of our room.

Liked: Close to the station, clean, comfortable beds, good internet access for planning the rest of our europe trip and the wonderfully helpful receptionist who did the evening shift!! We are backpacking and although this hotel does not fit the normal backpacking accomadation it was so nice to have a change that was value for money and affordable!

Liked: The most lovely hotel I've ever stayed at on such a low budget. It was brilliant! Location was decent, somewhere in the middle between the train station and the centre of town. Super clean and beautifully decorated throughout. The breakfast however was the ultimate! So much delicious food. Definitely worth staying at if only for the amazing breakfast!

Disliked: The luggage room did not seem very secure.

Liked: Building had character and room was traditional. Close to walk to train station and walking distance from sites. Breakfast buffet had good variety.

Disliked: Front desk staff did not know English and it was difficult to get information related tours and sites.

Liked: Quite close to the station, this was an excellent hotel for the money. The No 22 bus to the city centre stopped right outside, but be careful about when to last bus returns. The hotel was very clean and most of the staff very friendly and obliging. We were extremely impressed by the free Wifi and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Disliked: The only problem we had was that they offered a laundry service which promised to have your washing back in 4 hours. It took almost 24 and I was very worried that we would have to leave with a load of wet clothes in our case, as it was they were slightly damp. The night porter who spoke Italian got rather irate when I kept insisting that I needed my washing to be dried A.S.A.P. so that I could catch the train at 9.00 the next morning. I got the washing back at 7.45 a.m. So unless you have plenty of time avoid that service.

Liked: This was such a beautiful place to stay. The gentlemen who worked here bent over backwards for us. Very clean,friendly, and one of our favourite places..

Disliked: The rooms, beds, bathroom, and the great staff.
