Liked: The breakfast is excellent and staff is incredibly helpful and polite. Also, walking distance from the city centre.

Disliked: The room was dirty, very dusty and a toilet was disgusting. Loud from the noice of the street, windows were just awful (old, haven't been painted for ages and won't open).

Liked: This hotel was very nice, not only were the staff extremely helpful and the rooms were very clean and we were surprised to find champagne and chocolates. We were also very pleased to find that the hotel was not even a 10min walk from the stores and shopes in town.

Liked: Excellent location - right next to a bus stop. Fabulous breakfast - selection of meat, cheese, breads, cake, cereal, eggs, ham, toast, yogurt, seeds/oats - impressive! Clean room and comfortable beds! Real mattresses - not the foam ones found in most places.

Liked: The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helped me out with printing documents I forgot at home. The room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. Good location,about 5 minutes walking from the old city.

Liked: basically this is a 4 star hotel but we were disappointed to find out that breakfast wasnt included we thought that it would be but the location is excellent

Liked: Good sized clean rooms; really good continental breakfast served by lovely staff; great location - definitely a hotel not a hostel - but highly recommend it.

Liked: Its a hotel not a hostel. Its good value for money especially in Salzburg. Its very central, clean and comfortable. Great breaky but it costs 11 Euro pp.

Liked: Location - easy, catch bus 2 from airport, 20 mins, then bus 1 - about 10 mins. Keep your airport bus ticket 2 euros, as bus 1 driver will probably accept it as still valid. Short walk through tunnel and close to food market - open each day except Sunday. Nice late checkout 11:30am, towels and bedding included. Breakfast not included but don't really need it - go to the market nearby instead for gorgeous fresh fruit and loads of sausage!
