Liked: Good value for money and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Far from the center and must take a bus, but not a big deal. Breakfast is expensive.

Liked: worse to stay in this hostel!!! Completely unsafe and not recommend for female!! We just open our door. suddenly a man who pretended to get drunk got in our room and slept in our beds. We told the staff. He then questioned and blamed on us! After he took the 'drunk' man away, the staff did not explain what happened or apologies.

Liked: This was a great place to stay! It was a nice, clean, well-run hotel for a good price, and it had a nice family-run vibe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was definitely not central, but the bus ride is easy and frequent and it was actually nice not to stay in the very touristy downtown in this particular city.

Liked: Was a 20 minute bus trip from the train station. Was a 10 minute bus trip to the Old Town or we did walk it one day. The hotel building was nicely presented inside. Everything was clean.

Liked: Extremely clean! Even the low-cost rooms have own bathrooms and our bathroom was fully renovated and very clean. We got new towels and new soaps every day. The service was much better than expected. It's very easy to get to the town by bus. (The name of the hotel's bus stop is: Turnerstrasse). We bought a Salzburg card, so the bus was no extra cost.

Liked: helpfulness of the staff, i called in the morning about the wi-fi that didn't work, and they fixed it really quick and they even call us again to make sure that the problem was really solved.

Liked: Booked a private room for 4 people which was a small modern clean room with 1 twin bed and 2 separate single beds and an ensuite modern bathroom with a good shower. There was free parking at the side of the hotel. Overall this was good value for money.

Liked: We liked it very much.The staff speak excellent English and are very friendly. Its quite a way out from the old town but you take a bus (every 10minutes).
