Liked: Excellent staff - very helpful. Also provided a very good breakfast in the morning.

Disliked: Nothing really. Although it's about 2.5km outside the city, there is a bus stop very close by and takes you into the city centre in minutes.

Liked: Quiet and peaceful location. Rooms and beds were clean and had all the necessary equipments/ facilities. Toilets were big and clean as well. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed it.

Disliked: internet was a bit slow. we got lost on the way to the hotel, but it would have helped to print out / search on the map prior to getting there. directions on the website can be edited to include more landmarks to prevent this. A bit far from the bahnhof, but not too bad when going to the city proper.

Liked: It is a wonderful place to stay in Salzburg for a variety of reasons. My room was exceedingly well desiged for eye appeal and comfort, including plenty of lighting, a fine bathroom, cable TV including CNN plus channels in 4 other languages besides English. Breakfast was copious in another well designed room to create an inviting atmosphere. The food that I had in their restaurant was also first rate. The hotel is only about 20-22 minutes by bus from the railroad/bus terminal and suddenly you find yourself in a quiet little village "within a village" as they put it. The value for the cost was superb. The staff was quite helpful anwering travel questions. I cannot recommend this place more highly. It is a little gem of a place to stay away from traffic noise of the downtown, easy to get to, and with a great feeling of Austrian atmosphere.

Liked: The restuarant and the morning buffet's are Amazing! One of the biggest shopping malls that has IKEA is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. To get into town, it only takes about a couple minutes by car/taxi.

Disliked: The only thing I did not like was when the Restuarant are not open on Sundays and the front desk is closed at 10pm.

Liked: Very clean with nice environment; the staffs are very helpful. The free breakfast is very sumptuous.

Disliked: The location is okay to go to the city, but I got off at train staion and its a bit inconvenience to find the place.

Liked: Loved the summer cottage-feel of the hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was great. Good value for money paid, especially in group of 4. The bus-directions on the website could be clearer (which direction the bus should go toward). It's very easy to get to by bus as long us you don't head toward the wrong direction:) But overall, a wonderful experience. I would recommend to my friends.

Liked: staff is very nice , Location is good , 5 min walk to main train station and subway, airbus also there, but the rm is not very clean, no Tv In private rm , only 2 hair dryers in hostel,you have to borrow everytime when you need. That's ok for budget not high traveller, This hostel is easy to meet friend there , because they have free city tour at night and a bar for talk to other travellers, that's good

Liked: this was one of our favorite hotels on our trip. it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood accessable by bus. we arrived early in the morning after a long night train ride. the staff offerd us coffee etc. and let us ck into our rooms early to get some sleep before exploring salzburg. cozy quiet rooms with down comforters and an awesome breakfast. very helpfull friendly staff.

Liked: More of a hotel than a hostel so you wont meet a lot of people but it was quiet, had a good location and good clean rooms (although couldve done with airconditioning). Would also be good to have internet access for those travellers without a laptop ie most back-packers
