Liked: The hotel locates in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood and is close to city centre. The scenery outside the roof window is breathtaking. And the breakfast buffey is tasty.
Disliked: There is no cooking stuff in the kitchen, though the kitchen itself is cozy.

Liked: The staff were really helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast good.
Disliked: While the hotel is within walking distance of the old part of Innsbruck, it is a steep walk uphill to get back. There is however a bus to the nearby church if the walk is too tiring.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helped resolve an issue with payment. Good breakfast and nice location; a few minutes walk to city center. Nice atmosphere and unique rooms. We had an absolutely amazing view from our window:)

Disliked: we have two 4-bed rooms in same price, but one bed in a room is an extra bed

Liked: The staff is extremely helpful. The reception even allow me to have breakfast on 0700 instead of the original timing 0730 because I have to leave early.
Disliked: Parking there is a bit complicated. If not go to there by your own car or taxi, it could be a pain walking up the hill, and the nearest bus station is very far away, across the river.

Liked: Great place, super location. Easy five minute walk right into the heart of the old city. Clean, comfortable, and super friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Liked: People were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us!
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty good value and it is hard to complain about it but that is the only thing I could say could be improved.
