Liked: picturesque setting/would be great for a ski holiday but you need a car to get the most from it

Liked: An amazing place to stay, outside of all the hustle and bustle in Gotzens. From the minute you walk in the door staff make you welcome, there's wonderful views of the mountains from your balcony and staff are very helpful and informative about what you can do in the local area. It has a really friendly atmosphere and there are many personal touches which make you feel right at home.

Liked: An amazing place to stay. The room was fantastic and had so much character, not to mention the view was incredible. The staff is also extremely helpful and nice; they'll tell you everything you need to know! You do have to take a bus to Innsbruck, but it's only 2.50 euro. If I was ever in Innsbruck again, I'd stay here for sure.

Disliked: There is no 24 hour reception, but you should be spending most of your day exploring the city, not staying in the hotel!

Liked: the decor was just beautiful... traditional Austrian, wonderful views from our balcony, lovely breakfast, helpful staff, situated in a delightful lttle town on the outskirts of Innsbruck.

Disliked: It smelt of cigarettes in the lobby.

Liked: Staff is the best!! Good breakfast and location. Much cheaper than Innsbruck hotels at 3 min. by car.

Liked: This place is fantastic! Although it is really far away and very hard to access without a car. If you have a few nights in the Como area I would say spending a few of them here is a MUST! It is beautiful and the food is some of the best I have ever eaten... EVER! plus the staff is amazing!

Liked: Interior has character. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice view of the mountains and country side. Enough choice for breakfast. Great place for fitness (running, swimming, sauna). Soft beds though.

Liked: Awesome mountain view! Large sun terracce.Free internet access which is quite important to travellers! Very nice relaxation area with sauna and jacuzzi, also free of charge! Really helpful and friendly staff. Good meals and jummy drinks in the bar.What else you're looking for !?Definitly a great place to stay at!

Liked: This place has great character and is perfect location to enjoy Innsbruck 10 mins outside of the city centre. The staff are extremely helpful and the view from your room is spectacular! Can't wait to stay there again.

Liked: Absolutely beautiful! This hotel was the best that we have stayed during our recent 6 week holiday. Location gorgeous. Take the walk through the village to the lake. Great breakfast and beautifully decorated.
