Liked: nothing it was horrible, we left got our money back and stayed at the mantra around the corner.

Disliked: the car park underneath, the construction site across the road, it was cold , it smelt like b.o, its a rip off as you can pay an extra $40 and get the 4 star manta around the corner. it was a horrible place

Liked: The room was lovely and tidy, as were the bathrooms! Fantastic location.

Disliked: Only complaint was a little bit noisy at times but that was only as other guests were coming in and the property isn't at fault for that.

Liked: It was in a good location in the CBD. The staff were very helpful. Free WiFi.

Disliked: The common area wasn't very conducive to socializing.

Liked: They have free internet which is really good. The place looks a lot better from the inside than from the outside. We also had a tv and fridge in our room which was really useful.

Disliked: Couldn't find the kitchen which the site says exists.

Liked: Great location;clean rooms; hot water; very friendly staff; funky rooftop garden (best for summer); I liked it a lot!

Liked: Great cosy place in the center of Melbourne. Shower/toilets are not ensuite but they are enough between the shared rooms and quite clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: excellent inner city location. lots of extras (fridge, tv, table, comfortable chairs) often not found in budget hotel rooms. free wifi - many hotels charge for this.

Disliked: above a city car park, so noisy in mornings

Disliked: I didn't like that the bathrooms weren't en suite, but in the end it wasn't a big deal.

Liked: The position was great. So handy to everything in the city. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the bathroom facilities were clean too. Really a great place to stay if you are on a budget. I would recommend to friends.

Liked: It was very clean, and despite being a budget hotel, it offered lots of little charms that I didn't expect. The sheets and towels were really good quality and perfectly clean.There was free internet, a nice little collection of teas and coffees in a bag that looked like they had been arranged just for me.I had to check in after midnight, and I was sent exact instructions of how to enter using the code, and what room to go to, and where to find my key.Will definietly stay here whenever i come back to melbourne (pity I had already booked ongoing accommodation for tonight or i would have stayed another night.... Thanks heaps

Liked: The roof terrace was needed as there is nowhere else to eat. The rooms are a lot smaller than the photos portray. The whole place needs updating & they disconnect the internet at 9pm.
