The Claremont is a tastefully restored 1886 Victorian Guest House only 100m from famous Chapel Street and within easy reach of the MCG and Rod Laver Arena. An accredited 3-Star Guest House featuring recently refurbished bathrooms, we offer 77 bright, airy bedrooms, guest lounge, dining room, guest laundry, 24-hour Reception, free Wi-Fi access, and a complimentary Continental Breakfast each morning. All linen and towels are provided, and rooms are serviced weekly.

Nestled amongst the cafés, cinemas, takeaways and nightlife of South Yarra, we are also an ideal base from which to see the rest of Melbourne, especially with public transport (trams and trains) just 100metres from our door.

As one of the last family-owned accommodation providers in Melbourne and with an array of regular and international guests, we endeavour to make you feel right at home while putting you on the doorstep to everything that's great about Melbourne.
