Previously, known as the Belongil Beach House the new owners have combined their local knowledge & international tourism experience to create an Independent travellers paradise. Enjoy over 5600 Square metres of absolute beach side tranquillity. We offer a range of budget dorms, doubles/twin/triple accommodation for everyone at great rates. There are also motel style rooms, some with sunny balconies, studios with spa baths and/or kitchenettes along with larger group rooms.

Book and plan additional tours through the travel desk, play a game of volleyball or use our large & well equipped kitchen. Watch DVDs or maybe just relax with a book in one of our many hammocks under a palm tree, but most of all you'll be sure to enjoy all Byron & our location has to offer.

The Tree House Bar and Restaurant is the place to be at any time of day or night with locally sourced coffee, hand crafted beers or one of regions best handmade wood fired Pizzas. The property maintains an onsite manager & after hours check in can also be pre-arranged.

Easter bookings are a 5 night minimum stay checking in on 5th April 2012. The balance for all Easter Bookings must be paid for in advance. This will be charged to the credit card provided. Cancellations may only be excepted outside the 14 days from your arrival date. Cancellations within this 14 day period will incur the full charge of the booking as will all No Shows.

Accommodation Information

13 Double/Twin/Triple rooms with shared facilities, these rooms contain one double & one single bed with a hand basin. A short walk to the communal bathrooms, Kitchen and BBQ area. This room can accommodate up to 3 people, guest can request for an extra bed for an additional charge payable at the property.

A variety of dorms from four to six bed dorms, both single & mixed dorms for travelling couples. All of the six bed dorms have connecting en-suite bathrooms shared between two dorms. The four bed dorms are close by the shared communal Bathrooms and Kitchen.

Sheets, Blankets and pillows are all provided.

There are two (2) larger group and/or family rooms each with their own private shaded outside sitting area with picnic table and chairs.
These Family rooms have a queen sized bed and a set of bunk beds sleeping four, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and small bar fridge.

Location Information

The Byron Beach Resort is located on belongil beach a casual 12 minutes walk along main beach to the village of Byron, set in the beautiful NSW north coast region. Belongil is a local secret spot that still has that authentic Byron Bay feel. Pristine beaches and uncrowded surf breaks, this is the quiet end of town perfect for the visior with relaxation on their mind.

Byron is world renowned as a unique place to enjoy serene beauty of crystal clear beaches and as well are Byron itself. Walking north along the beach will take you to miles of undeveloped coastline, walk south and you are in the heart of Byron Bay. Perfect place to experience the beauty of the region and the laid back atmosphere of Byron and its surrounds.

Between June and September come and see the annual whale migration from Australia's most Easterly point. Over Easter come and enjoy the Blues and Roots 5 day music Festival and at the end of July experience Splendour in the Grass a 3 Day Music Festival now back in Byron Bay.
