The owner is really friendly and the room was lovely. Average breakfast but always good to have it included. Was in a good location for walking to restaurants and bars in Palermo.
Overview
Located in the Palermo SOHO district, this 3-storey hotel has been fully renovated and furnished by a collective of local artists. Quality service, style and warmth are reflected in its original rooms, common areas, roof terraces and even bathrooms.
An antique oak staircase also shares these qualities, creating a pleasant atmosphere and guaranteeing the guest an unforgettable stay. At Che Lulu Trendy Hotel, we want to make sure that guests get the most out of their stay, so that when they leave Argentina they will have not only the memories of beautiful landscapes, but also the possibility of creating a unique relationship with us by staying again at Che Lulu; a place that will have become ‘their home’.

Location Information
Che Lulu Trendy Hotel is located in the stylish Soho side of Palermo. The Soho side of Palermo exhibits the perfect harmony of tradition and avant-garde. This colorful corner of town is mostly frequented by artists, as its wide variety of restaurants, bars and boutiques makes it the perfect place for any kind of meeting. It also features discos, art galleries, independent theaters, antique shops, and several ateliers; all of which help create a bohemian and intellectual atmosphere.
Thanks to its avant-garde and exclusive characteristics, this charming neighborhood is ideal for strolling along its streets on a sunny afternoon or enjoying the famous ‘porteño’ nightlife. Several Argentine figures lived in this neighborhood, such as Jorge Luis Borges (whose house was originally located on 2100 Serrano St.; a street that was later renamed Borges in memory of the writer); Evaristo Carriego (who lived on 3700 Honduras St.); and poet Alfonsina Storni (on Gurruchaga and Santa Fe Streets).
