Liked: Friendly staff. Perfect location, bus stop 1 minute from the hotel that takes you directly to the slopes in 15 mins.

Disliked: We had a quadruple room and there were not much space left. But absolutely woth the money,

Liked: Very nice and friedly staff, good location in the city.

Disliked: No long-time parking place (a problem for Andorra la Vella, actually).

Liked: The location is very good, and it is close to the main shopping street. The lady at the reception is very kind and helpful.

Disliked: The room is very small and there is not enough space for individual luggage. The bathroom looks old. The breakfast they provide is good, but not enough.

Liked: personal was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and separated toilet was in room, quiet and friendly atmosphere - no noize during night

Disliked: shower on floor is OK, but for the price should be in room

Liked: Very good location. Very helpful staff who gave me annotated maps highlighting the attractions and the exact route to take for a good scenic walk above the town.

Disliked: Only one shower and toilet on each floor - there weren't many people staying at the same time as me so there was no queue, but I imagine it might get annoying in busier times of year.

Liked: The staff (receptionist) who meet us at the reception were very kind and could give us a lot of answers. We felt like she realy like to talk to the costumers and we talked to her a lot of times. she could talk pretty god English, wich not many people in Andorra can at all. The place were ok and god for the price, but if you are looking for high quality take a hotel - and pay more

Liked: The lady at the reception was very kindly.

Disliked: The environment was really noicy even at nighttime.We coudn't sleap! They ask €9 for the breakfast for 2p and we received 2 croissant+2slides of breath with butter and jam with a cop of coffee. We paid for this €55,5(discount,room,breakfast)and it's really not worth it!! The day after after we stayed in the 3*Salva D'or with breakfastbuffet for €60/2p...regrettable that we didn't know this!

Liked: good, basic, no-frills accomodation. Nothing spectacular, but clean & amazingly cheap prices.

Disliked: It was a bit dark in our room & shared bathroom and showe facilities were very small.

Disliked: You could only used WiFi in the so called 'bar' and breakfast was not included (extra €4). You couldn't even move in the shower, an overweight person could definitely not fit.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff; good sized clean room with en suite facilities. Breakfast was merely one croissant and one bread roll with coffee and juice, for €4, but this was entirely optional. Location was superb - just a 5 minute walk from La Caldea, the fantastic futuristic health spa.

Disliked: MICHAEL left no negative feedback.
