How do I claim?
If you made a booking with Hostelworld before 30th September 2010 we’ll give back 50% of your deposit when you next book with HostelBookers.*
- Send your old Hostelworld booking confirmation to love@hostelbookers.com.
- HostelBookers will confirm your eligibility by email.
- Book with HostelBookers using the same email address before the 31st December 2010.
- HostelBookers will give back 50% of your deposit within 14 working days.

Terms & Conditions
- This Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 and over.
- This Promotion is not open to employees of HostelBookers, their family members, HostelBookers’ agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
- To be eligible for this promotion, you must have booked with Hostelworld between 01/01/2010 and 30/09/2010, and you must send your Hostelworld booking confirmation to love@hostelbookers.com
- HostelBookers will respond via email confirming eligibility to the promotion
- HostelBookers bookings must be confirmed before December 31st 2010 to qualify for 50% deposit refund.
- Eligible bookings will then receive 50% of their deposit refunded onto the card used to make the original booking no later than 14 working days after booking.
- Entrants will only be eligible for one 50% deposit refund and that will be in respect of the first HostelBookers booking
- Bookings must be made with the same email address used for the Hostelworld booking.
- By entering the Promotion the participant agrees to automatic subscription to our newsletter and the publication of their name on HostelBookers website and related blogs. See also our privacy policy
- Any bookings received or processed before the opening date or after the closing date will not be eligible for the 50% refund.
- No cash or other alternative is available to any of the prizes.
- The prize must be taken by the prize winner and may not be transferred to or taken by any third party.
- HostelBookers reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time
- HostelBookers’ usual terms and conditions of booking apply
- HostelBookers act as agent in respect of all bookings we take or make on your behalf.
- For all bookings your contract will be with the supplier of the accommodation or other service specified.
- Travel insurance is not included in the price and it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange suitable cover for their needs.
- The offer does not apply to bookings made via the group bookings form.
