With 17 acres of bush-land right in Livingstone Town, this unique place offers you a variety of accommodation with a delightful difference. There's lots of space with palm trees, birds and wildlife. Kaazmein will soon offer unique accommodation for hotel style rooms, thatched chalets, honeymoon suite chalet, camping space for budget accommodation, with facilities for over-lander's and backpackers.

Fantastic landscape features with waterfalls, a lake with fish, fountains and winding streams make this a place well worth staying at while you enjoy the activities around the Victoria Falls.

The Restaurant and Bar facilities soon to open will offer a place to relax and chill out in cool surroundings.

There will soon be impala, zebra and a few other species roaming the resort. The next phase will be to start the wildlife and bird sanctuary. A snake park will also be put in for the amusement of visitors and to save the snakes that are caught up in the town areas. This will include some crocodiles as well.

Safaris and walks can be arranged into the Musio Tunya Game Park, or for the more adventurous, safaris into the Chobe National Park in Botswana can be arranged. We can arrange any number of activities around the Victoria Falls like Bungi jumping, gorge swings, abseiling, elephant back safaris, horse back safaris, kayaking or rafting in some of the most awesome rapids in the world,
