The holiday accommodation at Beili Neuadd includes a Bunkhouse (self catering sleeping 16), a Chalet (self catering with a double and two single bedrooms) and the Farmhouse (Bed and Breakfast with two doubles and a twin).

Beili Neuadd, (pronounced "bailey niath") means Enclosure Hall in Welsh. The stone and slate farmhouse dates back to the 16th century and is reputed to stand on the historical boundary of the Cistercian Abbey of Cwmhir, the burial place of the last Welsh born Prince of Wales.

Beautifully situated in rolling sheep pasture in the upper River Wye catchment, Beili Neuadd has delightful views and stands in 5 acres of gardens and paddocks with a stream, ponds and woodland, It is two and a half miles from the small market town of Rhayader and 6 miles from the Elan Valley Reservoirs ('The Lakeland of Wales') in the Cambrian Mountains.

The farmhouse has been sensitively restored to retain its original charm and character with exposed beams, polished oak floorboards, log fires and pretty furnishings throughout. There is a choice of comfortable and attractive accomodation in single, double and twin-bedded rooms with private shower and bathrooms, central heating, tea and coffee making facilities.
Beili Neuadd Bunkhouse is a converted 16th century stone farm barn adjacent to the Farmhouse. It is in a beautifully setting in rolling hilly countryside with delightful views in 5 acres of gardens and paddocks with a stream, ponds and woodland.

The centrally heated self catering barn sleeps 16 in 3 en-suite rooms and includes a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, lounge area and drying room. There are covered areas outside along with multipule car parking and use of the paddock behind for picnics, BBQs etc.

All bed linen is provided for the bunks and dufets all you need bring is your towel (and even that can be supplied). Breakfasts are available by prior arrangement. Large groups are welcome and can be accommodated within the Bunkhouse (16), adjacent Chalet (4), Farmhouse (6) and camping in the paddock.
